These Terms of Service govern your use of On The Move Therapy & Wellness services, website, and communications. By booking a call, purchasing a program, or engaging with our content, you agree to these terms.
On The Move Therapy & Wellness provides remote physical therapy-informed performance coaching for pickleball players. Services include movement assessments, personalized exercise programming, and ongoing coaching support delivered via Everfit, Zoom, and direct messaging.
By engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are physically capable of participating in an exercise-based program. You agree to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to beginning your program.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a program, you authorize On The Move Therapy & Wellness to charge the agreed amount to your payment method. Prices are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change for new clients.
If you are not satisfied with your program, contact us within the first two weeks and we will make it right. After your assessment is complete and programming has been delivered, refunds are not available. If something isn't working, reach out directly — your results are always the priority, and that's what your daily coaching access is for.
Discovery calls may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. No-shows without notice forfeit their scheduled time.

Exercise carries inherent risk. While every program is built with your safety and goals in mind, On The Move Therapy & Wellness is not liable for injury, illness, or adverse outcomes resulting from participation in your program. You are responsible for knowing your limits and communicating any concerns immediately.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring transactional and marketing SMS messages from On The Move Therapy & Wellness. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties.
All program content, exercises, educational materials, and communications provided through On The Move Therapy & Wellness are the intellectual property of Dr. Reece Maranda and On The Move Therapy & Wellness. They may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
