I’ve always believed movement is freedom.
As a lifelong athlete, a licensed physical therapist, and a pickleball player myself, I’ve seen firsthand how pain can hold people back from the sport they love.

After years in traditional clinics, I saw the same problems over and over — short visits, generic exercise sheets, and insurance dictating care instead of the individual’s needs.

I started On The Move Therapy & Wellness to give athletes and active adults the time, attention, and customized plans they deserve — so they can move stronger, stay in the game longer, and enjoy life without pain.
